-Performed structural analysis and design of offshore oil drilling and production equipment in support of R&D and Production engineering departments. Included extensive two and three dimensional modeling of mechnical components.

-Using background in structural analysis, developed new products for introduction into the offshore oil market. Project engineer for the development of the SG-6 wellhead system. Developed new concepts for marine drilling riser connectors, threaded tubular connectors, and mechanical subsea wellhead connectors. Particular expertise was demonstrated in solving structural problems for extreme design conditions, such as deep water and high pressure.
